LEARNING TERMS & SUPPORT
A clear commitment.
On both sides.
Updated 29 October 2026. Courses are offered by Gramin Kriti Technologies Pvt Ltd.
Price and what it includes
Every course costs ₹49 as a one-time payment. The total charge for one course is ₹49. The fee includes its written lessons, exercises, knowledge checks, workbook and Certificate of Completion after meeting the requirements. There is no additional certificate download fee or recurring subscription.
Subsidised learning
Gramin Kriti subsidises course development and delivery so the learner contribution stays at ₹49. Our purpose is to help people develop practical skills and improve their ability to earn. A fee does not guarantee employment, assignments, earnings or an independently verified level of skill.
Registration and course access
Sign in with ChatGPT to create a learning profile. Each course requires a separate verified payment. Access is personal to your signed-in account. A sample of the first lesson is available before enrolment. Paid enrolment remains closed until the payment service is activated. Registration alone takes no payment and does not grant full course access.
Course format and completion
The launch courses are self-paced and in English. Each has five written lessons, a practical exercise and knowledge check per lesson, and a final six-question check. Complete lessons in order, save every required exercise and answer at least five final questions correctly. Up to three final-check attempts are allowed in a rolling 24-hour period.
Exercises are self-directed practice. Responses are checked for required length, saved to the learner’s account and not independently graded by a tutor. Use your own responses and only non-confidential examples. A learner declaration forms part of completion. Live teaching, tutor feedback and placement services are not included.
Certificate meaning and verification
This Certificate of Completion confirms that the learner completed the stated online course requirements. It is not a professional certification, accreditation, independent assessment of competence or guarantee of employment or income.
Certificates contain the name recorded at completion, course version, date and a unique reference. Your printable certificate is private to your account. The public verification link confirms validity. It displays your name, course and date only when you explicitly opt in; you can change that choice from your certificate page. Do not imply that the certificate represents professional accreditation.
Payments, duplicates and access issues
When activated, payment is completed on the payment provider’s hosted page. Gramin Kriti does not collect card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs or banking passwords. Payment access is granted only after server-side confirmation. If you have paid and access is pending, use “Check payment status” in My learning before paying again.
For a duplicate payment, incorrect charge, refund request or course-access failure, email vedaansh@graminkriti.com from the email associated with your learning account. Include the course title and payment or order reference. We will review the transaction and access record and respond with the next step. Do not send banking credentials or identity documents. A recorded refund pauses the associated course access and withdraws the linked completion record.
Learning information and your choices
We store your account identifier, email, name, learning goal, enrolments, payment references and status, saved exercises, completion checks and certificate records. These support course access, progress and verification. Your profile and exercise responses are available to you and the authorised Gramin Kriti administrator, separate from the talent register. Optional website analytics do not collect your learning answers.
Update your profile in My learning. Contact the same address for correction, access or deletion requests. Deleting learning or completion records may remove access or prevent certificate verification. Payment records may need to be retained separately where required. See the Technologies privacy notice for hosting, information handling and requests.
Content and service changes
Worked cases and organisations are fictional examples created for these courses. They are not client disclosures, endorsements or measured business results. Workbooks support personal practice. Course versions are recorded with completion so the learning requirements can be identified. Contact support if a course or workbook becomes unavailable.
