Billable call-time calculator
See how an hourly rate, rounding interval and minimum call duration affect a call-based charge. Enter your own examples or use the sample calls below. No account is required.
Calculations stay in your browser and are not submitted to Gramin Kriti. This tool does not record calls, create invoices, calculate taxes or convert currencies.
How the calculation works
For each non-zero call, the calculator rounds the duration up to the selected interval, then applies the minimum number of minutes. It multiplies billed minutes by the hourly rate divided by 60 and rounds each charge to two decimal places.
A zero-minute call produces no charge. Changing the currency changes the label and formatting, not the rate or any exchange value.
A worked example
At ₹5,000 per hour, with 15-minute rounding and no minimum, calls of 12, 25 and 40 minutes become 15, 30 and 45 billed minutes.
The three charges are ₹1,250, ₹2,500 and ₹3,750: a total of ₹7,500. These are illustrative figures, not CallTally pricing.
Agree the rules with your client
Rounding and minimums should reflect the billing arrangement agreed with the client. Review the call record, client match and any exclusions before issuing a bill. This calculator illustrates one rule sequence; it does not establish contract terms.
